Information we collect

When you submit our enquiry form, email, call or message us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, event date and location, and the details you choose to share about your plans.

Our hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as IP address, device type, browser, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and secure the website.

How we use information

We use your information to answer enquiries, check availability, prepare proposals, plan requested photography or film services, provide customer support, maintain business records and protect the website from misuse.

We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated advertising.

Cookies and external services

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the referring page when those files are requested. FormSubmit may also use security measures, including Google reCAPTCHA, when you send an enquiry. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Links to Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps and other external services take you to those providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit or interact with them.

Sharing and storage

The enquiry form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our email provider. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. Information may also be handled by providers that host or secure the website, authorised City Productions team members and professional advisers. They process information only to provide their services or meet legal obligations.

Some providers may process information outside India, subject to applicable legal requirements and their contractual and security safeguards. We keep enquiry and booking records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver services, maintain contractual records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us for information about our processing, access to personal information associated with you, correction or updating of inaccurate information, erasure of information no longer required, withdrawal of consent for future processing where consent is the basis, or resolution of a grievance. Legal and contractual retention duties may limit some requests.

You can contact us by phone or email instead of using the form. Links to Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps and other third-party services lead to services with their own privacy practices.
